Haat Bill Pro

Six counters taught us what a shop cannot bill without. Haat Bill Pro folds all of it into one product a shop can simply subscribe to — the same offline core, the same keyboard-first screens, the same languages — Hindi, Bengali and English today, with more on the way — without a custom build. A premium billing system, priced to be affordable.

Haat Bill Pro · billing screen in Bengali · figures shown are illustrative

What you get

The custom build, without the custom build.

Billing

Bills, stock and udhaar on one screen

The three things a shopkeeper actually juggles, in a single window — not three apps that never agree. Every bill moves stock and, if it is on credit, opens a line in the khata.

Language

Hindi, Bengali and English at parity

Same screens, same shortcuts, same receipts in all three — with more languages on the way. The counter runs in the language it thinks in, and the switch is one keystroke, not a settings page.

Power

Runs on the shop's own machine

Billing lives on the counter's computer, so a power cut or a dead SIM slows the day without stopping it. When the line comes back, the day's work syncs on its own.

Price

One subscription, hardware included

A flat per-counter fee with the machine in it — no per-transaction cut, no reseller in the middle, no surprise at the year's end. We deploy it and we support it.

Where it sits

Bill Pro is the studio’s work, turned into a shelf product.

We didn’t start with a product and look for shops. We started at the counters, built the shared core underneath them, and Bill Pro is that core made buyable. Here is the honest order of it.

  1. Q4 2025Shipped

    Genesis

First kirana counter goes live on item-wise billing, supplier ledgers and udhaar.

  2. Q1 2026Shipped

    Trades

Pharmacy, garments and agriculture builds. Trilingual receipts. Local deployment as standard.

  3. Q2 2026Shipped

    Full stack

Beyond billing: websites, SEO and social work for the same clients — one studio for the whole business, not just the till.

  4. Q3 2026Building now

    Haat Bill Pro

The shared core becomes a product: per-counter subscription, hardware included, no custom build required.

  5. Q4 2026Next

    Haat PMS

An affordable Patient Management System for clinics and small hospitals — appointments, records, billing and follow-ups in one place.

  6. 2027On the horizon

    More affordable products

The same playbook — learn it on custom work, then productise it cheaply — pointed at the next set of trades that can't afford enterprise software.

Haat PMS

The same idea, pointed at healthcare: an affordable Patient Management System for clinics and small hospitals — appointments, records, billing and follow-ups in one place, priced for a small-town practice rather than a corporate chain.

  • Appointments & OPD queue
  • Patient records that follow the patient
  • Billing, GST and insurance-ready
  • Runs offline; syncs when the line returns
  • Hindi, Bengali and English
  • Priced for a single-doctor clinic

Early list

Be an early counter.

We are opening Bill Pro to a small first group of shops while the edges are still being knocked off. If yours is one of the trades we already know, tell us — early counters set the price and shape the roadmap.

No card, no commitment. This just puts you on the list and starts a conversation in whichever language you write in.

No form data leaves your device on its own. Either button opens your own WhatsApp or mail app with the message written out, and you press send. Hindi and Bengali are welcome — write in whichever you think in.
