An inventory-first build for a shop that was losing money to stockouts it only noticed when a customer asked.

The same kirana at night, printed: the rolling shutter is half down, and one bare bulb throws a warm pool over the counter where the shopkeeper does the day's last billing on a glowing screen. A glass of chai steams at the counter's edge; the rest of the shop falls away into the dark.
